Your WhatsApp thinks.You just tap.
The office lives in your WhatsApp: the customer writes and the work order builds itself, you give the price once and they get a PDF quote, and the calendar locks when they confirm.
In week one, everything goes through your tap. Autonomy grows with what you approve.

customer
HeyPiloto
only you see this
Only what needs you shows up here.
If you run a service business of 1 to 5 people and WhatsApp is your office, calendar and ledger: this is for you.
Also HVAC, gates and openers, and solar.
What falls through the cracks today
All of this shows up in real conversations of people who work like you. See how it is today, and where it goes.
Asking again
Today
What was the address again?
I sent it yesterday 🙄
With HeyPiloto
What the customer already said stays on the order. Nobody asks twice.
Promising a date the customer never confirmed
Today
Confirmed for tomorrow, 9/3, at 9 AM.
I only asked if you could…
With HeyPiloto
A date is a date when the customer says yes. Until then, it's a proposal.
15 jobs in your head
Today
What's next? Who still owes me? Which one got rescheduled?
With HeyPiloto
One screen: today, to collect, open. The calendar gets out of your head.
Chasing the payment proof
Today
Got your payment screenshot! Payment confirmed.
(the transfer hadn't cleared yet)
With HeyPiloto
The payment proof is logged. You check it and confirm with one tap.
Invoice details mid-conversation
Today
Can you send me your company details again for the invoice?
With HeyPiloto
Billing name, tax ID and ZIP go straight to the order, even with 10 customers at once.
Scheduling exceptions
Today
Saturday? Let me check and get back to you…
With HeyPiloto
Your rules apply on their own: Saturdays only for contract customers; fully booked, it offers next week.
Quotes with no shape
Today
It's $150, OK?
Is that with parts or without?
With HeyPiloto
You give the price once. The customer gets a PDF with line items, total and how to pay, in your company's name.
How it works
Three moves. You only step into one: the price.
1 · It starts
The work order writes itself
The customer writes, by text or voice note. HeyPiloto builds the order with what they need, the address and what's still missing. It asks only what's missing, and never repeats what was already said.

2 · You decide
The price is yours. The quote takes shape.
It asks you once on WhatsApp: “WO 47, what's the price?”. You reply with the number or a voice note, and the customer gets a PDF quote in your company's name. They approve it right in the chat.

The job moves without you pushing it
Times are proposed on your real calendar and lock when the customer confirms. Reminders run on their own: the day before, “on the way” and payment. The payment proof is logged and the invoice line is ready. And it all fits on one screen.

Illustration of the owner's screen.
One owner and up to 4 helpers: each one sees the day's jobs on their phone.
What it doesn't do: it doesn't diagnose (you see the problem), it doesn't set prices (you do), and it isn't a phone system.
It starts in shadow mode
In week one, nothing goes out without your tap: the system drafts, you send. After that, autonomy grows slowly, and only what you approve grows, week by week.
Week 1
Everything goes through your tap.
Later
You let go of, say, the day-before reminders.
Later
You let go of the questions about what's missing.
At your pace
The price always stays with you.
The steps above are an example. What grows, and when, is up to you.
Our first customer
Max Resolve, from Brasília, Brazil, is our first customer, in production. We don't have other names to show yet, and we won't make any up.
Built on real conversations
Built and tested on the day-to-day of people who do the work, not in a lab.
A document for every order
PDF quote and a versioned work order. Nothing lives only in the chat.
A date is a date only once the customer says so
The system never mixes up “proposed” and “confirmed”.
Quotes line by line
Totals built item by item, not by guesswork.
Start in shadow mode
The button opens a WhatsApp chat with us. We'll set up HeyPiloto on your number, and week one goes entirely through your tap.
We're in alpha and looking for 10 businesses to use HeyPiloto with real customers and tell us everything that doesn't work. In return:
Free onboarding and setup
We set it all up with you: your services, your scheduling rules and your quote template.
Free during the alpha
You pay nothing during the alpha. The beta will be a paid version.
50% off for 3 months
When the paid version starts, your first three months are half price.
What we ask: use it every day and tell us when something breaks.
Questions
What is the alpha program?
A small group of businesses that use HeyPiloto before everyone else, with real customers. You help us find what breaks, and we set everything up for free.
How much does it cost?
Nothing during the alpha. The beta is paid, and alpha businesses get free onboarding and setup plus 50% off their first three paid months.
Do I need a new WhatsApp number?
No. You keep your number and your usual WhatsApp Business app: HeyPiloto connects to that same number.
Does the customer know it's the system?
They're talking to your number, and messages go out your way. At first, you tap everything before it goes out.
What if it gets something wrong?
That's why it starts in shadow mode. Nothing goes out without your tap, and autonomy only grows where you approve it.
I'm not a tech person. Can I use it?
All you do is tap and reply. The work order writes itself.
What about the quote?
You reply with the price once on WhatsApp. HeyPiloto turns it into a clean PDF in your company's name, and the customer approves it in the chat.
And scheduling?
It proposes times on your real calendar, following your rules. The customer confirms in the chat, and only then does the calendar lock.
What about payments and invoices?
The payment proof is logged, you confirm it with one tap, and the invoice line is ready for customers who need one.
I do HVAC, gates or solar. Does it work for me?
Yes. The order adapts to your jobs, and the price stays yours.
Does it work with my CRM?
Today it works with Twenty: customers and conversations sync, so nothing gets typed twice. If you use another CRM, get in touch.
