Terms of Use

These terms govern the use of HeyPiloto by home service, repair, remodeling and installation pros and businesses. By creating an account or joining the testing phase, you accept these terms.
1. The service
HeyPiloto is an assistant that answers a pro's customers on WhatsApp: it answers questions, collects photos and the address, suggests prices from the pro's price list, books visits, sends reminders and asks for reviews, based on the information the pro sets up. For crews, it lets managers dispatch jobs to techs. It is operated by GODFATHER LABS LLP (registered in England and Wales, company number OC454251, registered office 24-26, Arcadia Avenue FIN0009, London N3 2JU, United Kingdom).
2. Testing phase
HeyPiloto is in testing. It may have bugs, outages or feature changes without notice, and is provided as is during this phase.
We recommend keeping an eye on important conversations and telling us about any error. Testing participants agree to use the app day to day and report the problems they find.
3. Your account and your information
You are responsible for keeping your information accurate (services, prices, calendar, service area, warranties and policies), for the quotes you approve, for the replies you send, and for doing the work.
You must have a legal basis to contact your customers on WhatsApp and let them know you use an assistant.
4. Acceptable use
You must follow WhatsApp's and Meta's policies. You may not use HeyPiloto to send spam, unsolicited bulk messages, or illegal or misleading content.
5. Price
Plans and prices have not been set yet. During the testing phase, the terms of use are those agreed in writing with each participant.
Before any charge we'll tell you the price, and we'll only charge with your explicit consent.
6. Content
The content you set up (services, price list, answers, photos) remains yours. You grant us a limited licence to use it only to provide the service.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost jobs or customers, or for replies or prices based on incorrect information set up by the pro. HeyPiloto does not perform the work and is not responsible for its quality. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid in the last 12 months.
8. Cancellation
You can stop using HeyPiloto and ask us to close your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over any dispute, without prejudice to any rights the law of your country grants you.
